Pre-orders

1. How can I pre-order items from Plamo Haven?

To pre-order items from Plamo Haven, simply browse our collection and select the items you wish to reserve. Add them to your cart and proceed to checkout. During the checkout process, you will have the option to pay a minimum down payment or the full amount at a discounted rate. Once your order is confirmed, your pre-ordered items will be reserved for you. We will sent you a invoice before item arrived. Only Pay in full pre-order are FREE SHIPPING

2. Can I cancel or modify my pre-order?

No, all pre-order can't be cancelled and payment is strictly non transferable to any item

3. When will I receive my pre-ordered items?

The estimated arrival date for pre-ordered items will be indicated on the product page. Please note that this is an estimated date and delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances. We will keep you updated on the status of your pre-ordered items and provide tracking information once they are shipped.

4. What payment methods do you accept?

We accept Gcash, Bank Transfer or Paypal. After checkout we will send you a QR code to pay your order

5. What is your return policy?

We have a 15-day return policy after you received your item. If your item are incorrect and missing some runners or  any factory defect

6. How can I contact Plamo Haven?

7. Are the Bandai Namco products sold by Plamo Haven authentic?

Yes, all the Bandai Namco products sold by Plamo Haven are 100% authentic. We source our products directly from Bandai Namco/Bankee Trading inc and ensure their authenticity through our rigorous quality control process also our item has Bankee Trading Inc Stickers

8. Do you offer international shipping?

Unfortunately, We don't have we only ship in philippines

9. Can I track my order?

Yes, once your order is shipped, we will provide you with a tracking number. You can use this tracking number to track the progress of your order on our website or the shipping carrier's website.

10. What if my item arrives damaged or defective?

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately at myhobbysearch@gmail.com. We will evaluate the issue and make it right by providing a replacement or issuing a refund, depending on the circumstances.

11. What happens if orders gets cancelled due to order cut or allocation?

  • You can wait for the next re-release date of the item, but no guarantee yet on when will this be. In case we get a new date, we will advise right away. 
  • You can use your downpayment as an in store credit which can be used for your current PO, to get a new PO or use it for in stock items.

12. Item Storage

Yes, You have 3 months maximum to store your item with us

Refund Policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
